Mold Damage

Crawlspaces are tricky spaces. Because they are an unconditioned space, they are a breeding ground for mold if there is any moisture. This  homeowner had a water damage in his kitchen causing the water to penetrate the sub-floor into the crawlspace. In a very short amount of time there was mold present that had to be resolved before we were able to continue drying. Luckily our trained team members at SERVPRO knew what they were looking for and alerted the homeowner. Once the mold was treated, our teams were able to complete the drying process.
